I valued the individual touches. There was a welcome cocktail on arrival. i saw a thoughtful message on the mirror. a fruit basket. rahman was attentive and eager to please. riana from housekeeping was great. i also liked the guys at the pool bar.

The food sometimes took a long time to arrive. The restaurant was almost empty when i ordered, yet it took around 30 minutes for drinks to be served and an hour for the food. when the food arrived, everything was brought at once.

I ABSOLUTELY loved the gorgeous gardens and fantastic pools! The buffet breakfast was amazing with wonderful food choices. Staff members are the friendliest people and so helpful. The resort location is great. It's a short walk to the shopping center. I found great bars and eateries nearby.

The shuttle bus runs only once an hour. It is not enough for such a huge hotel.

The pool area is huge. A cool lazy river flows throughout it. The gym (i used it daily) is really good and has modern equipment. it is unbelievably clean and fully air conditioned.

The room was lovely. It was serviced daily with fresh bedding, towels, and bottled water. Housekeeping would pop back to turn our beds down in the evening and write us cute notes (i found it so sweet!).

I got a room upgrade upon arrival and received a welcome drink, it was a Beautiful King Room Balcony & Pool View. The breakfast buffet had many choices. They offered a free hourly shuttle to the beach club.

The bathroom lacked a jet spray for the toilet. The tv in my room seemed OLD, it did not give me a five-star feeling.
